These resources include access to housing, education, employment, transportation, and life skills training, which are vital to helping participants overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Who We Are
At Evolving to Independence, we believe everyone deserves a chance to reach their potential and become successful, independent adults. We provide resources and opportunities to help participants develop the skills and confidence to transition into adulthood and become self-sufficient. We focus on teaching life skills, such as budgeting and money management, job preparation, housing application help, transportation, food, and other skills that are necessary for the transition into adulthood. We also provide social and emotional learning coaches and behavioral specialists to help participants develop the necessary skills to be successful in life. With our help, participants can make the transition into adulthood and lead successful, independent lives.
